This is what I like about your blog… you are making opinions based on what you see in the trenches. Day-to-day, gritty real estate action with real buyers and sellers.

I believe real estate markets have personalities that can change week to week, and you (Kris and Steve) are on ground-floor giving your readers insight today what they will hear on CNBC in April.
