I always tell my sellers not to count on the money until they cash the check.  There are just a lot of things that you cannot foresee.  You can&#039;t foresee or control everything no matter even if you do have ocd.

I would like to get an &quot;everything&quot; key on my computer...then I can hit &quot;control&quot;  everything.</description>

		<description>Excellent summary kris.A good agent is woth their weight in gold.Unforunately you have some clueless people out there with no experience trying to sell homes.Buyer and selller should have some good questions to ask when chossing an agent.You can sure how tell how smart a person is by the questions they ask.Unfortunately the seller and buyer are often just as clueless.I guess that&#039;s what makes the world go round.

You might mention some of your great selling points to car dealers.It strikes me that cars are so expensive.Instead of lowering the price they ask for a bailout.There is nothing price cant fix!!!</description>
