I always tell my sellers not to count on the money until they cash the check. There are just a lot of things that you cannot foresee. You can't foresee or control everything no matter even if you do have ocd. I would like to get an "everything" key on my computer...then I can hit "control" everything. You might mention some of your great selling points to car dealers.It strikes me that cars are so expensive.Instead of lowering the price they ask for a bailout.There is nothing price cant fix!!!
