I enjoyed reading your article. I think a spelling test is a fantastic idea that seller’s should add to their listing interview. I am always amazed by what agents misspell on their ads. Also, I love the signs you design for each listing with the professional photos and description. What a great idea. I go crazy every time I see an agent misspell the name of the elementary school or neighborhood. This stuff is just basic. My favorite was one I saw where the agent said, "Walk to (insert school name)!" Not only was the school name not spelled properly and was there the matter of a little equal opportunity violation, but the school in question was not the one that children in this neighborhood attended! Drew -- We do custom signs for all of our listings now. Our first one will be coming down in a couple of weeks. The buyer has already asked for it. Plateau. While I know it's tough, if you don't know how to spell it just type in something close and Congress. Yes, Congress has been messing around with our Kaparowitz. Plateau for years.
