wasn&#039;t aware of the fact that the 72 hour clause could be adjusted

and it didn&#039;t mention anything about modifying the time frame

we have not had to use this mechanism to put sales together for several years. 
but in &quot;normal&quot; and &quot;slow&quot; market is is a worthwhile and useful tool.
the 72 hour kick out clause protects the seller and the buyer is protected in case he can&#039;t sell his house.
