Hat tip to Lani at Agent Genius for introducing me to my Toy Du Jour, Dabbleboard. As with all new playthings, there is probably some really productive application in here somewhere. Time will tell if this goes the way of my other one-hit wonders.
Without further ado, I bring you my Venn Diagram illustrating why homes are taking a wee bit longer to sell. It’s a little complicated, as evidenced by the 5 minutes it took me to design it, so do hang in there.

So much for writer’s block. I snorted wine out through my nose. Well done.
Ron: I didn’t think anyone was still buying wine in today’s economy.
Too funny. I too spend part of my Sunday playing with Dabbleboard. You were more productive! (I think.)
You say you’re not a geek. I say phooey. Anyone that incorporates a Venn diagram into a blog post is a geek through-and-through.
Nicely done!
Kris,
There is no way to post comments on your latest post re the NAR job. It is one of your best ever. (”Move Dammit!” may be an actual NAR promotion).
Good to see you got your funny back.
Thank you, Smithers. I actually almost didn’t post it, since it was just for my own amusement and probably means nothing to the three real consumers who visit here from time to time. But, what the heck. I deserve a little “me time.”
