This Knoxville, Tennessee agent wants you to know that his client may be motivated, but he’s not, like, certifiably nuts — yet.
There is nothing I like better than a little truth in advertising.

“But not Stupid or Desparate” is OK. But I want more truth in their advertising.
Some possible examples of more honesty:
“Reduced … from “2006 price plus 25%” to “2006 price plus 20%”
“Reduced … (The price - not our waist lines)”
“Reduced … (not the price, but our savings account)”
“Reduced … But not Stupid or Desparate (although occasionally drunk and often flatulent)”

Good to be back, and good to have you back, Smithers.

This is classic.
Truth in advertising indeed!

SO TRUE. This is perfect - the message that ALL my seller clients want to send. “Hey, I want to sell this place but be real about your offer…”

I like that sign rider. I think often people are thinking motivated means “give away” or “hey, it’s almost free”. Nice to have some aspect of reality with that sign rider

That is too funny I love it:)

That is one of the funniest signs I have seen. I have to give that agent serious kudos for that one.

Where can I get one of those signs? That is hilarious!
