On the lighter side (no pun intended), I have to keep remembering that the aforementioned charts are listings, not sales, and as such, are somehwat skewed by the fact that our friends at Altos (and their data) are at the mercy of the variations caused by picking up only the "high end" of Value Range listings.

Most interesting is the commonality of market activity and characteristics between 92131 and 92130, most apparent when stacking them together on the last (bottom) chart depicting the pattern of new listings. Twins separated at birth from a human behavior standpoint.</description>
