You’re on notice:
From the frying pan to the fire I go. Once I find my cell phone charger and take a pitchfork to the steaming mounds of paper that have accumulated on my desk in my absence, I will be back in business.
It is always good to be home.

Jim,
I’ve gotten a load of it, alright. I have already set aside 6 hours today to change a listing’s status to pending. Wish we luck.

For the non-SD realtors, the powers that be changed our MLS system this week to Tempo 5. Though in typical fashion it was done with no regard whatsoever to what realtors really want or need, and has been lambasted across the county, it will be a god-send for the industry.
Though the board of realtors has historically coddled the weak agents, milking them for their quarterly dues, this complicated and non-user-friendly version of the MLS will push the wimpy agents out the door into retirement.
Thank you Sandicor!

Temp 5 is full of bugs and problems and doesn’t perform even elementary requests such as basic searches. It stinks - plain and simple. Have you tried to get through to technical support? Experienced any long waits? Guess what? That’s because everyone else is having a problem with it too.
Problem…bug…problem…bug…crash…restart computer…reset…crash…bug…inaccurate results…lost business…it stinks!!!!
I see a class action law suit…your average everyday Realtor trying to make a living with shoddy shitty software suing Sandicor because Sandicor deserves to be sued for forcing this shit down our throats! Can’t wait - I will join on in.

Ann - So, if I am reading you right, you don’t like our new MLS software.
I will join your class action, BTW. Steve’s computer completely crashed yesterday; I was finally able to start in safe mode and roll it back to pre-Tempo5 which, miraculously, solved the problem. My own IE had to shut down three times in the span of thirty minutes this morning, and all I was trying to do was move a listing to pending.
I DO NOT have time for this!
Jim - You could be right about survival of the fittest. The new system is certainly not for the faint of heart.

This is the big break - the total collapse of the MLS as we know it. Forget the class action suit, it’ll go nowhere. Let the status quo turn into status done, over and out.
Take out the MLS, and we’ll get to see which realtors can make a living. Bring it on!
