It is this whiz bang program that let's us set up buyers and put in their showing dates and then they can go back and see everything we looked at already and also the notes that their realtor makes about it - it is SO totally cool!!! (if you kids wanna see it in action go to www.cometoclearwater.com and in the top middle you will see "Search the MLS Like An Agent", it is a free account).
