I'm from out of town so I didn't realize he was locally infamous. I might imagine how he might get that moniker, but it seems to me, and based on "past performance" of his postings, he is mostly right about the current state of affairs. I also just read your posting about Zestimates. I thought that was a good posting, which I guess some might view as negative since it was not supportive of suggested higher prices. Both you and Jim seem to have an excellent understanding of the local markets. For a guy like me who will probably move to the San Diego in another year (don't want to catch a falling knife), I would view either of your services as buying agent as very, very helpful.
