If everyone would just drop their price by 15%, you would see some sales. Thing is it'll take a year for prices to drop 15%, and by then buyers will want a 30% discount. My prediction, this knife is going to fall till renting doesn't make sense anymore. Last two real estate down cycles lasted about 6 years each. I could see history repeating itself.
