		<description>If everone drops 15%, everyone remains overpriced.  If only a couple of sellers drop 15%, their houses get sold.  It is very important to the few sellers that price right, that everyone else does not.</description>

Thing is it&#039;ll take a year for prices to drop 15%, and by then buyers will want a 30% discount.

My prediction, this knife is going to fall till renting doesn&#039;t make sense anymore. Last two real estate down cycles lasted about 6 years each. I could see history repeating itself.</description>
