However,if you were here in Florida, the response to your post would be; Dem goofy people in Ca. are nuts. I never heard anything so stupid as to expect me, the agent, to do all them things. Thats not the way its done up North. Hell, they would have to pay us 10% instead of the usual 7%, in this horrible market. If everyone priced/marketed their home perfectly, it would just require an even lower price, and even better presentation, to stand out.
