I actually had a real life similar case where I represented the buyer after 8 agents didn't answer their phone and didn't return the call. The buyer was so freaked out that I actually did answer my phone. He gave me the address and told me he was ready to write an offer. Closed in 22 days. I hear this kind of story every day from buyers who have called thru a grocery store magazine, or called on every sign in a neighborhood. great post!
