Are you going to write a similar post about selecting a buyer agent? I especially liked the advice in #2 about knocking the snails off the flyers! Your post clearly explains how some agents that I have wondered about have been selected, as well as why my local Merry Maids franchise owner is taking the RE classes now. I had one of these last fall. My G-d wasn’t the same as theirs (more to the point, I have a couple less incarnations) but I still managed to get the listing.
