		<description>We finally have a rule in our MLS requiring at least ONE photo to be submitted within 48 hours.
You wouldn&#039;t have believed the wailing over that with agents saying &quot;what if the property doesn&#039;t photograph well?&quot; (duh!), and &quot;I don&#039;t have a camera&quot;.
Now if we could just implement cumulative days on market to prevent relisting properties to set the DOM counter!</description>
