		<description>I&#039;ve given up talking about buyers and sellers markets. It always gets spun as &quot;bad news if you&#039;re trying to sell&quot;, or &quot;bad news if you&#039;re trying to buy&quot;.

I always change the topic to one of &quot;it&#039;s a value driven market. If you create a perception of value, whether thats by marketing or pricing or staging or all three, the house will sell well. If you can&#039;t create a perception of value, you&#039;re in for a disappointment.&quot;

My feeling is you in SD are getting the same experience as we had in Connecticut last year. Lots of blah inventory sat on the market, but good houses never stopped getting multiple offers either. It&#039;s all in the value presented to the market.

Oh and grats on the quote in the &quot;real media&quot; too. Go Kris. Just when you thought you were doing everything &quot;wrong&quot;.  ;-)
