Chris – I also get the best offers on vacation. Last Spring I went to Colorado and sold five homes while visiting my sister. I have decided I should take more vacations and let my clients know their home will probably sell at that time. It works for me……a few months of listing, a few weeks of vacation to clear my inventory and a great assistant.

Ah…if it were only that easy!

I always tell our team to go on vacation because then all their clietns will be ready to buy/sell while they’re gone and they can have somebody help their clients while they’re away.

It was worth the severe thunderstorms, then the tornado warnings, then the extreme cold and finally, the pulled muscles in my stomach from hauling overstuffed luggage for three woman and a small bag for myself to get to “takhomasack” of Steak ‘n Shake burgers. Truly heaven on earth. My only question is, why aren’t they in SoCal yet??

Steak ‘n’ Shake is the only good reason to go to Danville, IL. There’s one on Main Street that still has car-hops, and, of course, the grill is visible from everywhere. “In sight, it must be right.”
