You run a great blog. Being clever is not as easy as you make it look, and for those of us who enjoy reading opinions about the real estate industry- you make it interesting for everyone.

Teresa and Maureen,

Congratulations to both of you for what you have accomplished and for setting the bar high for those wanting to get into blogging. I am really no good at the self-promotional stuff, so I feel better that my "oversight" in letting this rah-rah oppportunity get past me might not have been so misguided afterall.

The real point of this post was to remind those who visit and are interested in real estate banter that we are bantering elsewhere. Some of those "elsewhere" articles deal with relevant real estate issues which may appeal to our local audience, yet I don't double-post for fear that the Google Gods will smite me.

Continued success to you both!

Kris,

The Inman series was fun, but like you, my job is selling houses. You have achieved much in your blogging.

The funny thing is the quotes they chose, at least from me. The week I did the interview I got 5 new clients from blogging.

You make me smile. my blog is getting a lot of attention but i don't mention it on my blog because my blog is about St. paul and about real estate and most of my business these days is coming from people who meet me through my blog. I get a kick out of all the "greats" in the world of blogs. most have not made a dime because of the blog but are great at shameless self promotion. I blog for business, not for fame.

I second all of this and then some. Kris is a brilliant writer -- as a natural consequence of being brilliant at everything she does. We are blessed to be able to reflect part of her brilliance at BloodhoundBlog.
