Thank you Greg. My confidence in humanity is renewed. And for the record, Fluffy does not like Simon, either. The sad thing is that in a few years, both of my daughters will be off to college and Simon will be at that great doggy resort in the sky, but Fluffy will still be here. Oh the joy...

> What Steve means is - His own cat hates him… a lot!

Happend to me, too. The first of our nine cats was my adoption. Cathy didn't even know she liked cats. That cat now hates me, loves her and chomps any cord or cable thinner than your pinkie. Two days ago, she had us down for hours because she had bitten a CAT-5 cable in half. You can tell I'm pet-friendly because that cat is still alive.

Greg: The sad thing is that due to our encounter with Rhona of the Pet Realty Network, I think she mistakenly assumed or perceived that I (or Kris) am anti-pet or something. In reality and for the record, I am a pet lover, including my dog Simon, notwithstanding his propensity to goober all over the place. It's the cat (mine, not others) that I have a relationship problem with. Maybe Fluffy needs a new, more pet-friendly home. Overall, I think the pet friendly network is a great idea.

Not to be a booger -- which I not to say I'm not good at being a booger -- but we have had plans for a while to set up our own pet-friendly Realtor network. Not a fee-based referral scheme, just a button leading to a link-back network so that people like us can find Realtors like us.

Actually, the mail slot-to-Inman elapsed time was closer to 10 days.

I find this even more amusing - Do a search for "Pet Realty" this morning and the San Diego Home Blog is number three in the Google page hits. :)
