Brilliant! I think I’ve met the guy who can’t open the book…many times, and in many different personae.

Replace the book with a computer, and that guy was me not too many years ago. :)

Funny how Realtors all have extra time now to blog. Hopefully you are not in debt to your ears like most in so cal. What do Realtors do for work now? Retail? Customer service for Verizon?

Kris: (sigh….) I think that was the point.

Stan – Thank you for your concern. I know you didn’t mean to be disrespectful of agents or critical of those who have jobs in the retail or customer service industries.

Rich – Yes, I know that was the point. Just fessing up.

Tough crowd today.

Reminds me of when the MLS came out online- panic!

Stan obviously works 24 hours every day without breaking to do anything at all- because obviously that is the only way to justify making any money.

Rich is the guy at the back of the comedy show trying to explain or understand each joke…

Thanks, Greg. I owe you one. :)

Stan – We only closed escrow on six transaction sides over the past two weeks so we had a little extra time on our hands for blogging. We do, however, appreciate your concern and sensitivityabout our debt situation. Have a great day.
