Sometimes the details pointed out in the right light make a property shine. Often times people skip right over important details (high-efficiency furnace, air humidifier, or in Salt Lake a water-softner), thinking they don't matter, but for the buyer, everything can make a difference when choosing where to live. And our clients expect that we will market the entire property, and we should expect that of ourselves.

If nothing else it does send a message to everyone involved that "we really are trying to market this house and aren't drinking margaritas in the pool after we got a sign up on the property and just hoping it sells". That likely has positive effects for referrals, and strengthens your professional image.
