To answer your question, I can only speculate the following:  The seller did it so as not to have the neighbors storm him, the agent did it so they might live to sell another house in this particular neighborhood some day, and the buyer did it to placate the seller (as perhaps a condition of the sale). All of this, of course, because the sale price was hideously low and what we call a &quot;comp killer&quot;. Just my hunch, of course. :)</description>

Hey, so a question.  You describe a buyer and seller who signed a non-disclosure agreement to keep the sales price out of the tax records.  What did they do that?  To keep their information out of Zillow?  Is that to the buyer&#039;s advantage?</description>
